Changing my working time at home

Back in 2012, I have been reading articles that a lot of successful people are waking as early as 4.30am to work.  One of the LifeHacker articles mentioned that waking up early will improve your productivity.  And my most recent lifestyle is to sleep at 2am and wake up at 7am.

As I look further into why people are waking up early, the following could be the reasons:

  1. I have to take care of my baby at night.
  2. I have some television programmes to catch.
  3. There  are a lot of other distractions during the night when most of the people are still not sleeping.

In 2013, I decided to sleep early and wake up early.  My usual sleeping hours is about 6 hours.  Hence, I tell myself to sleep by 11pm so that I can wake up by 5pm.  In fact for today, I slept at 11pm and woke up automatically at 3.30am.

I figure out that this new sleeping pattern is much better simply because I might have to prepare milk for my baby as well during the night.  And sleeping early can help me to wake up early and hopefully to work more productively. :)
